Customer acknowledges that Company does not provide legal advice, strategy or services. Customer further acknowledges that Company, its employees and agents are not lawyers and cannot discuss your legal rights or available remedies; nor can we represent you or advise you how to testify in Court. Our services shall be solely in the capacity of preparing your selected documents. The documents shall be prepared in accordance with the information provided by Customer and at the Customer’s direction. The Company can assist you in completing certain legal forms when you are seeking to represent yourself in your own legal matter. This document preparation service is not intended to create an attorney-client relationship, and by using our services, no attorney-client relationship will be created. As the Customer, you are solely responsible for your own selections and actions. At no time do we review your answers for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide advice or apply the law to the facts of your particular situation. The Company is not part a government agency, government funded program or charitable organization; nor is the Company related to the any community legal service or Legal Aid Society.

Frequently Asked Questions

    I thought I had to have an attorney represent me in court?

    This procedure is called “pro se,” which means advocating on one’s own behalf before a court, rather than being represented by a lawyer. We can assist you with the preparation of documents that you may use in connection with your pro se appearance in court.

    Will I be able to speak with someone regarding my case?

    Our team of customer service representatives will be available to answer questions concerning our available documents and any related costs.

    After receiving my final documents, what happens next?

    In your final documents package, you will receive your requested documents which should be ready to file. You will simply need to review and sign the documents. If a document is required be notarized, it will be self-evident from the face of the document.

    How long will it take to receive my final documents?

    Your final documents will be completed within 3 to 5 business days after all questionnaires and all necessary information is received from you by our processing center. Delays in completing your documents will occur if all necessary information is not provided by you.

    Who prepares my documents?

    Our team of experienced Documents Preparers will use the information you provide to prepare your documents. Your final documents will be in an approved form so that you may file them with the court in your case.
